People who made us smile

It was hard in some places to take pictures as the locals did not want any photography of their work at all. Most people were smiling and keen to be involved, especially the local children.

Nora, the owner of Blue Elephant Cooking School showed us around her restaurant and training grounds. We were more than happy to stay for dinner!

Paul and I jumped in at every opportunity to learn and participate when the locals were keen to take us under their wing.

In Phuket we visited Mom Tri's Kitchen due to its elite reputation. We were not at all disappointed.
