When the markets roll onto the plate
By far the local fresh markets were impressive simply by their raw organic layout. We were both really keen to see how these basic ingredients would turn out when prepared and presented as a meal.
Soups were largely represented on all menus, breads were light and crispy and the local meat lived up to expectation.
Overall, on the plate food was beautiful, in both presentation and taste.
Spoon fed is looking forward to injecting our newly found Vietnam influence in 2011!
