From the moment I first emailed Mia I was reassured by her professionalism

Mia offered a range of food options and was focused on our needs and preferences, right down to the smallest details.

The food served was of the highest quality, locally sourced where possible and was beautifully presented.

Paul's wonderful way with people whilst efficiently serving food and drinks added a special touch. Mia and Paul's teamwork was just fantastic.

I spent a wonderful afternoon grazing, talking, and catching up with family and friends in a way which would not have been possible in a restaurant.

The Food - It was amazing and got rave reviews from all. Some of my friends are real foodies and great cooks, so when they raved I knew they really meant it. You guys did what you promised and so much more. The food quantities were generous and the presentation wonderful. It was also a fantastic selection of the freshest produce and gourmet food Queensland is famous for - so a little different for our NZ and overseas guests.

The Organisation - We could not have wished for a more proficient operation. You guys assisted us enormously to relax and enjoy what was for us an incredibly special occasion.

Your Attitude - I have never ever experienced such helpful and friendly catering service sustained over an entire weekend. It really added that extra dimension for us.

Delivering over and above expectation - For the brunch it made all the difference having the extra food available all day for people to graze. Weddings are one of the most important days of a couples’ life together and usually filled with a great deal of stress and anxiety in the lead up.

When I met with Mia and Paul to get an understanding of how they worked, I knew instantly that their enthusiasm and passion for food, wine, and service would make our wedding amazing. I did not know though just how amazing they would be. Their attention to detail and ability to create a festive atmosphere went well beyond the brief that they were given.

From my initial call to discuss requirements, through to the styling of the venue on the night – no stone was left unturned in your customer focussed approach to all aspects of this event. And all this before any mention of the incredible food and bar service!

Best seafood dinner in a very long time

My wife and I would like to thank you and Paul for arranging what turned out to be a very memorable Valentines and Year of the Tiger celebration.

The greatest compliment, however, came the following day. As you know one of our guests is the General Manager of the premier hotel property on the Sunshine Coast. My wife and I were at the fine dining restaurant of the hotel and the maitre d' came up to us and said "the GM told us that he had the best seafood dinner in a very long time at the Cockrell's home".

Thank you for giving us such good face. You have outdone yourself.

Well done. Honestly, Mia our guests are raving. An outstanding job by you, Paul and the team. Paul was fantastic on the bar. I had people commenting on his ability to follow up so quickly on what they were drinking and the food, service and delivery all top notch.
