I just wanted to let you know what an impression your catering made on my family's special day. As a guest, I was blown away by the range, quality and subtle blends of flavour in the dishes served. When you served me late in the evening, I didn't know who you were or I would have complimented you personally!! Can I also commend your serving staff - I don't know where you got them all from but they are the best I've encountered in a very long time!
