Do we offer food tastings?
Absolutely! Just enquire via email, and we will arrange a time to meet at our commercial kitchens.
Is an onsite meeting included?
Yes, once deposit is paid. If you wish to have a meeting prior to deposit payment, we can do a 2 hour comprehensive meeting which includes floor plan layout, a list of required beverages for the day, bar prop requirements, staff numbers required at a charge of $250.00 which will be taken off the final quote if you wish to use Spoon Fed’s services.
Do we supply alcohol?
No. We are not licensed, but happy to assist in quantity of beverages required for the event.
Are we able to assist with alcohol service?
Do we provide rubbish removal services? Eg. Food scraps, empty bottles.
Yes we do. Just request this within your enquiry and you will be charged accordingly.
Do we have our own cooking / bar equipment?
Yes, we are a fully mobile catering and bar service.
Can you supply your own food? Eg. Cheeseboards, nibbles etc.
Unfortunately not, due to Food Health and Safety regulations, we are liable for all food provided at the event.
In regards to the kitchen marquee, this is usually hired with your reception marquee. It is then the same colour and style and ties in with the theme of your wedding. We usually require an 8x8m marquee for our kitchen.
Paul & Mia can advise you of hiring of crockery, cutlery ,Krosno Fine Elegant glassware and bar props at your meeting. They know all the ins and outs and know the best way of going about all of this.
