Mia has been working in different catering environments for the past 20 years and was taught by her grandmother at an early age the secrets to fabulous cooking.
Paul Johnson, owner of Bottle fed bar services works closely with Mia and every one of his valued clients and personally attends every event. He never compromises on quality and provides the highest caliber of service and cuisine. Paul is not only a qualified chef he is an experienced wine connoisseur.
Like Mia, Paul has been working in the food industry and has worked for many prestigious restaurants, bars and caterers from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, Paul even worked as Head Chef in stunning tropics of Vanuatu for 3 years. He has over 20 years of experience and training in all facets of the food industry.
He has a true appreciation for the freshest local seafood and farm fresh vegetables from local suppliers on the Sunshine Coast. Together Mia and Paul team up to create a dynamic hands on duo to take Noosa catering to a new level.
